Update Out of the Blue

This update fixes a major bug found in Glubbing where a party member appears in your party way before they should, as well as a few small fixes here and there.  I know this should've come out way sooner, but I've been busy with college work as of late.   Now that winter break is here, not only have I finished this update, but I have time to work on something that may or may not become another LISA project eventually.  As always, report any bugs you find with this new version.  And peace.
