Another Update Finally

Hey guys, updating the game again to fix not only some bugs, but some other suggestions I was given on Discord and Game Jolt (also Kim is finally funny now).   This includes buffing the Derelicts, nerfing Dave, and increasing the effectiveness of Streak's combo dial.  Hope this improves the Glubbing experience.
